Why Regular Walks Matter More Than You Think

A walk is one of the best gifts you can give your dog. Beyond burning off energy and managing weight, walking provides critical mental stimulation, socialization, and bonding time.

Sniffing trees and fire hydrants might seem boring to us, but it’s your dog’s way of exploring the world. Regular walks also reduce problem behaviors like barking, chewing, and restlessness caused by boredom.

Try to walk your dog at least 30 minutes a day. Switch up your routes to keep things fresh. And don’t forget to let them stop and sniff—it’s good for their brain!
